What our lines
can actually do.
Equipment lists are easy to print. What buyers need to know is the working range: what size we can hold, which finishes are in-house, and where the limit sits — this page states both.
Eight processes,
one site.
Daily capacities below are for a single shift. Double them for peak season, and tell us your deadline early — we plan container space two weeks ahead.

Hot-dip galvanizing is done with a certified partner 12 km away — same city, same week.
The finish is
half the product.
A fence that rusts in two years comes back as returns at your end and a lost account at ours. So the coating spec is written into the quotation, not left to the batch.
- Pre-galvanized wire from certified coil suppliers only — every coil traceable to its mill certificate.
- PVC coating 0.1–0.2 mm on wire mesh — black, green, white or matched to your sample.
- Powder coating on frames and tube — sprayed, then cured in a high-temperature oven; 0.1–0.2 mm film, any RAL number, salt-spray tested.
- Galvanized iron wire Q195/Q235 standard on every panel.
Where the limits are.
Published limits save a week of back-and-forth. If your spec sits outside a row below, tell us anyway — sometimes a small design change brings it back in.

Three entry points.
Most buyers start with one of these and move down the list as volumes grow.
