Four ranges,
six kinds of buyer.
A fencing distributor and a pet e-commerce brand buy the same wire for completely different reasons. These are the four families we ship most of — and the channel each one is packed for.
Built for the shelf,
the site and the crate.
Most of what leaves the workshop falls into one of these four families. Each is made for a different shelf — a garden centre, a pet aisle, a stove shop — so the packing changes with the buyer, not the product.

Arched border panels
Ten arched panels per set, 17″ high at ground level and 13″ across the top, with bars at 1.7″. The 7″ stakes push straight into soil, so a bed gets an edge without a fence line. Black powder coat over welded steel.

Curved log cradles
An arc-bent tube on four splayed legs, so a full load settles into the curve instead of sliding off a flat rack. Sits beside a stove or on a covered terrace. Welds are dressed before coating, because this one is looked at up close.
Firewood rack range →
Indoor dog playpens
Hinged panels with a framed walk-through door, assembled by hand in a minute and folded flat for parcel couriers. Sized for puppies and small breeds; the same frame becomes a crate with a top panel. Ships in a printed carton with a barcode.
Pet cage range →
Stackable crate towers
The same footprint stacks three high, each tier on its own steel tray, the base on casters. A shop shows three sizes in one square metre; a breeder keeps one dog per level. Tiers are sold singly or as a two- and three-high set.

It has to sell
after it lands.
Factory packaging protects a product. Retail packaging sells it. These four things are what we prepare for brands selling through stores or marketplaces:
- Cartons that survive parcel couriers — drop tested at 100 mm, double-wall where needed.
- Barcodes and FNSKU labels applied in-house, so no rework at your 3PL.
- Assembly in under 15 minutes with one Allen key, no welding on site.
- Spare parts in every carton — feet, clips, screws — or a stated claim policy.
We quote for
your market.
Tell us where the product is sold and who buys it. Packing, finish and documentation follow from that — not the other way round.
- Market-specific spec Yes
- Mixed container Available
- Reply time Within 12 working hours
